First Quarter Update

Dear Parents and Students of KB,

Welcome Aboard!

I am so excited to join Our Lady Of Mercy this year. I am looking forward to the year ahead. Thank you to those parents who made it to the new kindergarten family orientation. It was great to meet you all and I look forward to meeting the rest of our KB parents at the start of school. I cannot believe the time has finally come to welcome my new students. I am excited to meet and learn about each individual child.

I welcome my students with open arms. I am here to help them make the best of their kinder experience. Not only will your children receive a great education, but they will develop a sense of Catholic faith. I will do my part to help them succeed in all areas of the curriculum and to develop emotionally and socially. This year the children will learn about God’s gifts to us, alphabet (letters & sounds), numbers 1-30, science, social studies, shapes, colors, and patterns. They will develop the skills to read and write in a fun and creative way. They will also take part in P.E., music, and art.

If you have questions or concerns throughout the year you are welcome to email or call me at the school. I welcome volunteers into the classroom, whether it be on a field trip, center time, or helping to prepare weekly work and homework packets. Once again, I am so excited to meet you and my students and look forward to our year together in KB.
