Dear Parents, Parishioners, Friends and Benefactors,


Our Lady of Mercy School Parent Teacher Organization will be holding our 3rd annual Healthy Kids Fun Run Fundraiser and we are hoping that you will help provide support for our school. This Fun Run Event promotes fitness and healthy habits, as well as being a major fundraiser in providing needed school supplies and updated technology to our students. We are working hard to make this year’s event a HUGE success!
On November 15, 2019, the students at our school will be running 40 laps and asking friends, family, and local businesses, for pledges of sponsorship and donations. Everyone, including our faculty, families, staff, and students are all working hard to make this a huge success.
This is a FANTASTIC opportunity for your business! We want to help promote your business and increase your customer traffic, while providing excellent and effective advertisement.
We are offering the following corporate sponsorship packages:

Package 1: $250
Your business name will be posted on our Fun Run website, bulletin board, and newsletters throughout the remainder of our 2019/2010 school year. E-mails sent to families during the Fun Run Event will also credit you as a corporate sponsor.

Package 2: $500
Includes Package 1, and also have your business name / logo printed on T-Shirts to be worn by students, teachers, and staff during the Fun Run Event. Note: You will need to provide us with camera ready art for the shirt. Please e-mail a vector pdf of your logo. Deadline for logos for shirts is November 1st.

Package 3: $1,000 or more (premiere sponsorship)
Includes package 2, and have preferential placement on both t-shirts and website.
