Sign up for a free FORMED subscription now by following these instructions.

1. Go to https://formed.org - do NOT click the 'sign up' button that you see.

2. scroll down until you see a 2nd 'sign up' button (on left side of screen).  Click on it.

3. Sign up as Parishioner

4. you will see 'Create a New Account' screen (it's free to create an account).  

5. type '94015' in the box

6. when "our lady of mercy church" appears, select it, then press Next

7. Register with your name and email address and press Sign Up

8. Check your email Inbox for the email that contains the link to start watching FORMED.

9. Save this link in your favorites.
