Visual and Performing Arts
At Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School, we believe the visual and performing arts provide valuable opportunities for students to express their creativity, develop their talents, build confidence, and collaborate with others. Through a variety of programs and performances, students discover their gifts while contributing to our school community and representing OLM with pride.
-
Art in Action Program: Students explore their creativity and develop artistic skills through hands-on art projects that introduce them to various artists, techniques, and styles.
-
Band: Students develop musical skills, teamwork, and discipline while learning to play an instrument. The band performs at school events and off-campus community celebrations, including the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
-

-
Drama Club: Students build confidence, creativity, and teamwork through dramatic performances and theatrical productions presented to the school community.
-
Speech Club: Students strengthen their public speaking, communication, and presentation skills while learning to express their ideas clearly and confidently.
